Our company specializes in the research, manufacture and service of well control equipment for oil drilling and production. Products include blowout preventers (BOPs), BOP control systems, choke manifolds, high-pressure valves and other critical equipment. Product design and manufacture strictly follow international industry standards to meet the demanding conditions of onshore and offshore drilling. To ensure safe operations and equipment reliability for our customers, we have established a complete pre-sales, during-sales and after-sales service system.

Our Commitments

Pre‑sales Services

Technical consultation: Provide professional technical consultation and feasibility analysis; recommend appropriate equipment configurations and models based on drilling conditions and operational requirements.
System design: Develop customized well control system designs and flow diagrams according to site conditions, pressure ratings and interface standards, including redundancy and safety provisions.

Standards and compliance support: Provide product specifications and documentation that comply with API, ISO and other international standards (specific clauses and certification documents available upon request).

Quotation and delivery planning: Supply detailed bid documents, technical quotations, delivery schedules and after-sales commitments to assist customer risk assessment and decision-making.

Factory visits and demonstrations: Invite customers to visit our factory to observe manufacturing processes and witness FAT; samples or video demonstrations can also be arranged.
Sales Phase

Delivery and On‑site Support

Manufacturing and quality control: Operate under a strict quality management system; conduct material inspections, dimensional checks, functional tests and pressure tests before shipment, and provide complete inspection reports.
Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT): Perform functional and pressure tests at the factory with the option for customer witnessing; conduct installation, commissioning and final acceptance on site.
Installation and commissioning: Experienced engineers handle on-site installation, piping connections, control system integration and initial commissioning to ensure compatibility with platform systems.
Training services: Provide on-site or remote training for operators and maintenance personnel covering product operation, routine maintenance, troubleshooting and safety procedures; supply operation manuals and training materials in Chinese/English.
Logistics and export support: Manage packaging, export/inspection advice, customs documentation and transportation coordination to ensure safe and timely delivery.
After‑sales Services

Maintenance, Repair and Certification
Overseas on-site service: Dispatch experienced engineering teams to overseas customer sites to provide installation support, commissioning, troubleshooting and repairs; travel and visa coordination support available (annual service contracts offered to guarantee response).
Scheduled maintenance and repair: Offer planned maintenance programs (inspection, replacement of seals/valves, lubrication, replacement of wear parts, etc.) to extend equipment life and reduce incident risk.
3‑year re‑certification service: In accordance with industry requirements and contract terms, we provide comprehensive re‑certification for well control equipment every five years, including visual and structural inspections, functional tests, pressure testing, control system calibration, replacement of necessary components and provision of a full certification report to ensure continued safety and compliance.
Emergency response and spare parts supply: Maintain a 24/7 emergency hotline for rapid response to on-site incidents; hold critical spare parts in stock to minimize downtime and provide spare kits or exchange units per contract.
Remote support: Offer real‑time technical support and troubleshooting via video and remote diagnostics to quickly identify issues and recommend corrective actions.
Technical upgrades and modifications: Based on field feedback, provide control system software/hardware upgrades and system optimization or modification services to improve reliability and operability.
Documentation and compliance support: Provide complete maintenance records, test certificates, factory and inspection reports to assist customers with regulatory audits and third‑party inspections.
